Create NSW is seeking a supplier for property and facilities management services to deliver property maintenance and tenancy management across its properties with a strong customer focus. The role includes managing repairs and maintenance with compliance to all relevant legislative, regulatory and heritage requirements, providing a 24/7 maintenance response service supported by a call centre and works management system for logging, tracking and contractor management, and identifying operational and maintenance improvements to reduce asset lifecycle costs. The supplier will maintain the property asset register and support asset lifecycle planning, renewal programs and budget development, support short-term space hires through inspections, access, site inductions and administration of security deposits and fees, assist delivery of Major Projects by facilitating contractor access, inductions and permit requirements, and promote environmental sustainability by identifying improvement opportunities and reporting on energy, water and waste consumption to support Net Zero objectives, while achieving agreed service levels and KPIs outlined in the Statement of Requirements and Contract.
