About

The Department of Housing and Public Works is seeking suppliers to provide Property and Tenancy Management (PTM) and Specialist Homelessness Services (SHS) for a new two-building residential development at Wellington Road, East Brisbane. Construction is underway on two adjoining blocks that will deliver two interconnected residential buildings, one facing Wellington Road and the other facing Kennedy Terrace. The Wellington Road tower, designed for families, will be managed by a Registered Community Housing Provider (RCHP) responsible for property and tenancy management of 40 social housing units, 20 of which will be utilised for Supportive Housing; the RCHP will also manage the office space, common areas, underground onsite parking and provide onsite security. A Specialist Homelessness Service provider will deliver onsite support and case management for 20 families in Supportive Housing and will provide a 24/7 onsite concierge service.
