About
The Department of Veterans' Affairs (DVA) is seeking qualified private hospital providers to deliver high-quality care to entitled persons within the veteran community. This initiative is designed to enhance access to comprehensive treatment at convenient locations for veterans, addressing both the aging veteran population's needs and those of contemporary veterans. Unlike traditional tendering processes, this new contracting method enables providers to self-certify compliance with DVA's terms, participate without competition, and negotiate fees to ensure value for money. Providers can join the Hospital Services Agreement at any time, and agreements will continue until termination by either party.
