GRDC is seeking a supplier to deliver a regionally relevant pulse research, demonstration and extension program across southern and central New South Wales to improve profitability, reliability and adoption of priority pulse crops. The program will generate locally relevant field trial and demonstration data, address key agronomic constraints and opportunities with growers and advisers, and deliver practical extension on pulse fit, crop and variety choice, establishment, nutrition, pest, disease and weed management, harvestability, grain quality and farming system integration. Delivery will use a hub-and-spoke model and link with GRDC’s national pulse coordination, monitoring and evaluation activities to align regional work with broader pulse research, breeding, market and farming systems priorities.
