About

Queensland Revenue Office is seeking a supplier for a proposed three-year contract to provide the Qualtrics Experience Management (XM) platform subscriptions and associated specialist consultancy services. The requirement includes Qualtrics Customer Experience (CX), Employee Experience (EX) and Market Research products, plus consultancy to support the design, configuration, implementation, optimisation and ongoing improvement of QRO’s Qualtrics environment and associated programs of work.
