About
The Dept of the Environ, Tourism, Science and Innov is seeking a supplier to develop a Statewide Waste and Recycling Infrastructure Roadmap and a supporting Investment Prospectus to support the Less Landfill, More Recycling 2035: Queensland Waste Strategy. The work will identify current and future material flows, assess infrastructure capacity and gaps, map facility locations, evaluate supply chain options, consider land use planning implications and highlight priority investment opportunities, backed by $487 million over five years through the Waste Reduction and Recycling Activation Fund; the supplier will deliver both outputs in collaboration with the Department (Closing Date: 14/Oct/2026, Ref: VP526785).
