Invest Gold Coast, on behalf of the City of Gold Coast, is seeking Expressions of Interest from suitably qualified and experienced development partners for the disposal and redevelopment of the former Nerang Administration Centre site and the delivery of the new Hinterland Gateway Community Hub. The project covers approximately 7.9 hectares in Nerang and aims to transform the precinct into a vibrant mixed-use destination incorporating residential development, community infrastructure, public realm improvements, commercial and employment-generating uses, and supporting infrastructure, with the successful respondent responsible for preparing a viable master plan, undertaking planning approvals and delivering the proposed development as returnable works under a development partnership arrangement.
