About

DEM is seeking a supplier for costed proposals to upgrade its property in Coober Pedy to provide suitable office accommodation for its Opal Regulation Team. The property contains existing modular buildings including office, accommodation and kitchen/toilet facilities, surrounded by in situ verandas and carports, and the site has been largely unused for an extended period. Prospective suppliers must register their interest to attend an onsite industry briefing with John Fitzgerald, Principal Procurement Advisor, at [email protected] no later than 5:00pm, Thursday 29 April 2026; submissions will not be considered from suppliers who have not registered and attended the onsite briefing.
