About

The Department of Education is seeking a contractor for the full refurbishment of the Science Lab (Block E, Room 15) at Pimlico State High School, 55–77 Fulham Road, Pimlico QLD 4812. Works specified include demolition; refurbishment tasks such as servicing, making good or replacing windows and doors; replacing flooring; patching and painting walls and ceilings; supplying and installing new benches/joinery; upgrading the fume cupboard; installing safety fixtures including an eye wash shower and chemical basins; and associated plumbing and drainage works, with additional external works noted in the original brief.
