About

The City of Playford is seeking contractors for the removal and lawful disposal of existing rubber softfall and the supply and installation of new EPDM rubber softfall at six Council playground and recreation sites: John McVeity Centre (Smithfield Plains), Jubilee Park (Elizabeth Park), Spruance Reserve (Elizabeth East), Marena Reserve (Craigmore), Pipkin Road Reserve (Elizabeth East) and Blake Crossing Adventure Playground (Blakeview). The scope includes substrate preparation and minor repairs, impact attenuation testing and certification, site-specific works, project management, handover documentation and warranties. All works must comply with AS 4685, AS 4422 and relevant legislative requirements, and tenderers must inspect all sites and submit pricing for each site separately in accordance with the Request for Tender documentation.
