About

Essential Energy is seeking a supplier for the replacement of the existing modular office at Nyngan Depot with a new 6m x 7m modular building. This RFI is requesting market capability, indicative pricing, delivery models and timeframes to provide evidence for value-for-money assessment and to inform the preferred delivery and procurement approach. Suppliers should provide information and indicative pricing for supply-only, supply and delivery, and full supply, delivery and installation options. The potential scope includes manufacture and supply of the modular building, transport to Nyngan Depot, craneage and positioning, installation and securing, foundations and associated civil/site preparation works, electrical and data connections, HVAC, internal fit-out and finishing works, and removal of the existing modular office where applicable.
