Port Pirie Regional Council is seeking a supplier for the replacement of the air conditioning system servicing the Development and Regulation (D&R) Section of the Main Administration Building at 115 Ellen Street, Port Pirie SA 5540. The works comprise removal of the existing air conditioning system and the supply and installation of a replacement system in accordance with the design and specifications contained within the Request for Tender (RFT) documentation, with a preferred completion date of 15 January 2027. Tenderers are encouraged to undertake a site inspection prior to submitting a tender; site visits must be arranged with Alan Bennett ([email protected]) and completed before Thursday, 8 October 2026. Tender submissions must be lodged electronically via Council's file transfer facility using the link provided in Clause 2.2 - Lodgement of Tenders of Section B - Conditions of Tender; no submissions will be accepted via a physical tender box.
