City of Moreton Bay is seeking a supplier to establish a panel of qualified consultants to provide road infrastructure investigation, testing, design and specialist engineering services across the City of Moreton Bay. Services may include traffic surveys, geotechnical investigations, pavement testing, pavement engineering design, road condition assessments, road safety audits, RPEQ certification and other specialist advisory services. The arrangement is intended to give Council access to experienced consultants capable of delivering practical, evidence-based and value-for-money outcomes for the planning, renewal, rehabilitation and management of road infrastructure assets, with engagements issued on an as-required basis through project-specific work packages, quotations or requests for services.
