SA Health is seeking a supplier for a new five-year waste management contract to replace existing arrangements, focused on service improvement, partnership and innovation. The contract will service metropolitan, regional and remote locations and includes the supply and maintenance of fit-for-purpose infrastructure (compactors, bins, containers and all necessary collection equipment), the supply of signage for waste separation, and the collection, transport, processing, treatment and disposal of waste. SA Health is open to delivery models including a single provider, dual provider or panel and the successful respondent(s) may be capable of servicing all or part of the requirement; the Industry Participation Policy Plan and the Environment, Social and Governance Handbook will be released shortly after tender release and Part A contains details on the industry briefing and site visit opportunities.
