Central Highlands Regional Council is seeking a contractor to carry out sports field renovation works at nominated sporting fields in Blackwater and Bluff to improve turf health, relieve soil compaction, enhance drainage and improve playing surface quality for long-term safe community use. The successful contractor must provide all labour, plant, equipment, materials and supervision to perform solid tine aeration on the Blackwater Junior Rugby League Field; hollow tine aeration (coring) on all other nominated fields; collection, processing and management of extracted cores where required; application of lime to the Rugby Union Field at 750 kg/ha; and to water in treatments from the irrigation system.
