Sunshine Coast Council is seeking a suitably qualified contractor to construct streetscaping, roadworks and a signalised pedestrian crossing at and adjacent to the intersection of Mill and Currie Streets, Nambour. The scope includes a signalised pedestrian crossing, lighting, road and concrete pavement works, paved pathway construction, landscaped gardens, concrete driveways and kerb ramps, signage and line marking, kerb and channel works, stormwater drainage works, supply and installation of precast islands and public utility alterations. Council will appoint a Certifying Engineer in accordance with the requirements of the TMR conditional approval and a superintendent to assess and certify claims, extensions of time and variations.
