About

Livingstone Shire Council is seeking suppliers for the potential supply and/or delivery of imported fill material for infrastructure projects within the Hidden Valley Precinct. The council invites Expressions of Interest from landowners, developers, quarry operators, material suppliers, earthmoving contractors and other interested parties for an indicative combined requirement of approximately 90,000–100,000 m³ related to the Gateway Business and Industry Park Stages 4 and 5, the relocated Council Depot and East West Connector Stage 1; proposals may cover all or part of this requirement. This Stage 1 EOI requests information on potential fill sources, material suitability, available volumes, location, indicative pricing, haulage and delivery arrangements, timing and proposed commercial terms, and does not require binding pricing or contractual commitment.
