Whittlesea City Council, in collaboration with Nillumbik Shire Council, is seeking one or more suppliers (or a panel of suppliers) to supply and deliver quarry products that meet specified requirements and deliver best value to each Council. The City of Whittlesea will lead the public tender and a Tender Evaluation Panel with members from both Councils will jointly evaluate responses, while each Council may separately assess pricing, negotiate contracts, and appoint supplier(s) or panels according to its own needs and policies; each Council will enter into contract documents separately using the same contract template.
