Alexandrina Council is seeking a supplier for the supply and delivery of two (2) Petrol Hybrid (HEV) passenger vehicles that comply with the Specifications in Section D of the RFT documentation. Tender responses must include clear illustrations or images of the proposed vehicles, including exterior and interior views where available, plus relevant specification information. The Supplier must deliver all vehicles to Alexandrina Council, 11 Cadell Street, Goolwa SA 5214 unless otherwise directed, and provide a brief handover to the vehicle user covering basic familiarisation and training on operation and use. The handover must, at minimum, include an overview of the vehicle’s key controls, features, safety systems and equipment and any other information reasonably required to enable the user to safely operate the vehicle; delivery is not complete until the vehicle is delivered to the nominated location and the handover has been satisfactorily completed.
