About

Sunshine Coast Council is seeking a principal contractor to dispose of and replace the existing chiller plant system at Caloundra Indoor Stadium, including cooling tower upgrades, associated mechanical services, testing and commissioning of the new mechanical solution, and replacement and upgrade of the main switchboard to ensure compatibility and improved reliability. The project is offered as a lump sum contract requiring the successful contractor to supply all equipment and services; respondents may nominate alternate equivalent equipment and must complete Schedule 6 Appendix 3 System Components as part of their tender. A non-mandatory information session will be held on 3 November 2026 and the tender closes 17 November 2026 at 12:00 PM (UTC+10:00) Brisbane time.
