About
City of Belmont is seeking a supplier for the supply, installation, certification and commissioning of roof access and fall protection systems across various City-owned facilities. The works include installation of anchor points, guardrails, static lines, skylight protection systems, access ladders, crossover platforms, compliance signage, location plans, and the decommissioning of non-compliant or failed safety systems. The objective of the contract is to improve safe roof access and ensure ongoing compliance with applicable workplace safety and fall-arrest standards for maintenance personnel and contractors undertaking roof-based activities.
