Corrective Services NSW is seeking a supplier for a single statewide arrangement to supply oral fluid drug testing devices and associated consumables to support on-site drug testing of individuals in Correctional Centres and under community supervision across New South Wales. The procurement supports CSNSW's transition to a single oral fluid testing methodology, continuity of drug testing capability following expiry of current contracts on 30 September 2027, and a consistent, standardised approach to timely on-site screening to support compliance monitoring, risk management and rehabilitation programs. The arrangement includes devices capable of detecting the mandatory drugs and drug classes specified by CSNSW, all consumables and ancillary items, delivery and distribution to more than 95 CSNSW locations, product support (technical assistance, product information and supplier account management), training and user guidance including electronic training materials for CSNSW e-learning systems, maintenance of sufficient stock levels and fulfilment of orders within 14 calendar days, and an anticipated volume of approximately 32,000 preliminary tests annually. Suppliers must demonstrate compliance with AS/NZS 4760:2019 and CSNSW operational requirements.
