The Defence Print and Distribution Service (DPDS) is seeking a supplier for synthetic paper stock to support production of Australian Defence Force (ADF) publications and other field‑deployed products. The synthetic stock must provide superior durability—being waterproof, tear-resistant and flexible—because standard paper cannot replicate these performance characteristics, and it must be fully compatible with DPDS production printing equipment to maintain high-volume production efficiency and consistent print quality. DPDS requires approximately 70,000 sheets of synthetic paper stock per month and is looking to engage a suitably qualified supplier under a supply arrangement that delivers reliable product availability, consistent quality, value for money and ongoing support to Defence printing operations.
