Queensland Treasury is seeking a supplier for ongoing support, maintenance, managed services and development of the Financial Assurance Information Registry (FAIR). FAIR is a business-critical application built on the Appian low-code enterprise platform that supports administration of the Queensland Government’s Financial Provisioning Scheme and integrates with external agency systems and Treasury’s SAP financial management system. Required services include Tier 1 to Tier 4 application support and incident management; monitoring and resolution of system issues and errors; Appian platform and environment support including upgrades and liaison with Appian; ongoing application development and enhancements (approximately eight development days per month); and management of code releases across environments with support for production deployments.
