About

City of Stonnington is seeking a supplier for the upgrade of the existing sports lighting infrastructure at TH King Oval, Glen Iris Park, 1650 High Street, Glen Iris. The works comprise removal of the existing lighting infrastructure and installation of four new 25-metre sports lighting towers with new pole footings, LED floodlights, underground electrical and communications services, lighting controls, modifications to the existing electrical infrastructure, testing, commissioning and associated reinstatement works. The completed lighting system is designed to achieve an average lighting level of approximately 200 lux and provide adjustable lighting modes for sporting and community use. A tender briefing will be held on Monday 19 October 2026 at 10:00am and the tender closes on 02 November 2026 at 12:00 PM (UTC+10:00 Canberra, Melbourne, Sydney time).
