The initial engagement covers the Readiness for Market phase (indicatively September 2026 – January 2027), with an option for a separable Procurement phase (indicatively February 2027 – December 2027) included in the Request for Quote documentation. The Procurement phase scope includes managing the Request for Proposal process with structured tender interaction and data room management, overseeing tender evaluation, and leading negotiation and contract award strategy and process.
