About

Transport for NSW is seeking a supplier for maintenance and support services for access card printers and the supply of consumables and replacement parts across metropolitan and regional NSW. The scope covers preventative and corrective maintenance, equipment inspections, troubleshooting, repairs, replacement of faulty components, technical support, supply of replacement equipment where required, and delivery of production consumables and parts including card stock, ribbons, retransfer film, laminate patches, cleaning kits, printer components, card holders, lanyards and related accessories. Suppliers must demonstrate capability to provide timely support, meet agreed service levels, and maintain continuity of supply to ensure ongoing operational reliability and uninterrupted card production services throughout the contract term.
