Tender: Two-Year Stormwater Renewal and Rehabilitation Works Across Council Area

Council is seeking suitably qualified and experienced contractors to undertake multi-year stormwater renewal works across various locations within the Council area. The works include repair, rehabilitation, relining, replacement and associated construction activities for reinforced concrete stormwater pipes, pits, headwalls and other stormwater infrastructure identified through ongoing condition assessments, inspections and maintenance. The purpose is to restore and extend the operational life of the stormwater network, reduce the risk of asset failure, improve hydraulic performance and ensure ongoing provision of safe and reliable stormwater management services. The contract is proposed to operate over a two-year period with individual work packages issued throughout the term, and works generally undertaken in accordance with Council's specifications, relevant Australian Standards and industry best practices. Tenderers must demonstrate experience in stormwater asset rehabilitation and renewal works of similar nature and scale and have the capability, resources and expertise to safely deliver the works while minimising disruption to residents, businesses, road users and the surrounding environment.
