About

DEM is seeking costed proposals to upgrade its property on Malliotis Blvd in Coober Pedy to provide suitable office accommodation for its Opal Regulation Team. The approximately 5,500m² parcel contains existing modular buildings including office, accommodation and kitchen/toilet facilities, in-situ verandas, carports and an existing shed; the site has been largely unused and could be modernised with relatively minor refurbishment to provide appropriate office accommodation. There will be a mandatory industry briefing on site in Coober Pedy on Thursday 16 April 2026; registration must be made to [email protected] by 5.00pm, 2 April 2026.
