Veterans SA is seeking a supplier to design and deliver the Veterans in Industry: Readiness and Integration Initiative for up to three years to strengthen connections between South Australian veterans, their partners and children and sustainable pathways into employment, education, volunteering and community participation. The initiative will mobilise employers, industry bodies, training providers and government stakeholders to improve awareness of veteran capabilities, strengthen workforce participation opportunities and build employer confidence and cultural competence in recruiting, onboarding, retaining and supporting veterans and their families. The supplier will connect veterans to high-demand industries, including AUKUS-linked sectors, establish and facilitate a collaborative mechanism for sector-level insights, policy development and strategic workforce planning, and actively collaborate with existing veteran-focused education, employment, training and community programs to coordinate and leverage support.
