About

Wagga Wagga City Council is seeking a transport modelling consultant to consolidate multiple existing traffic models into a single, coherent modelling suite within Aimsun Next Expert, developing the modelling architecture across strategic, mesoscopic and microscopic tiers. The scope includes rebuilding the strategic modelling component in Aimsun Next Expert, calibrating and validating current‑year base models, and developing future‑year scenarios at five‑year intervals over a 30‑year planning horizon. The engagement also requires comprehensive documentation, reproducible modelling workflows, training for Council staff, a standing offer for ongoing technical support services, and provision of a provisional sum or contracted rates for future five‑year recalibration and model resets.
