About

Central Coast Council is seeking a supplier to engage a building construction contractor under a Detailed Design and Construct contract to develop a detailed-for-construction design set and technical specifications provided by Moir Studio (Landscape Architects) and CM+, carry out repairs/reclamation of the swimming enclosure and bring the area to DDA compliance, and update the aging facilities and amenities building at Pelican Park, The Boulevarde, Woy Woy NSW 2256. A mandatory tender briefing will be held onsite at Pelican Park on 14/04/2026 at 11:00am; pre-registration is required by emailing the contact officer Tammy Tranmer ([email protected]) with names and organisation of attendees no later than 4PM on Friday 10th April.
