Department of Premier and Cabinet awarded a contract to The Litmus Group for advisory services to the Integrated Tasmanian Government Contact Centre (ITGCC) Project.
The engagement supported development and implementation of a coordinated virtual telephony contact centre operation within the existing Service Tasmania business.
The contract established a panel arrangement to provide ad hoc specialist advice across three defined areas: Service A — Business Development; Service B — Technology and Telephony; and Service C — Change Management, with specific requirements set out in RFT ITGCC - 001.
The panel approach centralized access to specialist advisory skills across business, telephony technology and change management, reflecting a procurement focus on multi-disciplinary suppliers able to support government digital contact centre consolidation.
