The South Australian Environment Protection Authority (EPA) is seeking a supplier to deliver a Frontline Contact Service and a Journey Management System. The successful provider will deliver a professional first point of contact for environmental, radiation and licensing enquiries from the community and EPA stakeholders, operate contact centre functions with demonstrated experience in incident management, safety monitoring and escalation services, receive and triage incident reports, manage emergency response notifications, and escalate urgent and after-hours matters in accordance with EPA procedures. The provider will also deliver a Journey Management Service to support worker safety by monitoring staff journeys and safety-related activities, managing check-ins and duress events, coordinating safety alerts and escalations, and maintaining accurate records.
