About
As part of Major Projects programme, Manningham Council is seeking a suitably qualified and appropriately resourced Head Consultant to provide the design and documentation services for the redevelopment of 50m outdoor pool and outdoor areas/facilities including new landscaping at Aquarena Aquatic and Leisure Centre, 139/153 Williamsons Rd, Templestowe Lower VIC 3108.
The scope of services is stated in the attached documentation.

The cut off time for questions is three (3) business days prior to the closing date.
The lowest or any quotation may not necessarily be accepted and any action or contact that may be considered as an attempt to influence a decision of Councillors or Staff shall disqualify the relevant tenderer.
