Department of Education awarded a contract to Iconic Property Services Pty Ltd for cleaning services provided to the Statewide Services Centre at 33 Giles Avenue, Padbury, Western Australia.

The contract required maintenance of the facility’s hygiene standards and measures to ensure the health and safety of all occupants.

The scope covered the multiservice Department office facility, which operated Monday to Friday (except public holidays) and remained open for 51 weeks each year, accommodated approximately 600 staff members, and served as a venue for training sessions and events across up to 50 weeks annually.

The site also housed an early childhood centre and specialised schools that catered to students with special educational needs, including those related to disability, sensory issues, behaviour, and engagement, and cleaning services were provided across office areas, training/event spaces, the early childhood centre and the specialised school facilities.
