The works included upgrading an existing pedestrian refuge, constructing concrete footpaths, adjusting the centre median, installing traffic signals, pram ramps, TGSI, pedestrian fencing, cyclist hold rails, and signalising the right turn lane into Pearce Place.
Thrust boring and open trenching were also required for conduit installation.
