The program supported South Australian business leaders and employees in small and family businesses and social enterprises (Eligible Participants) to increase their awareness, capability and resilience when dealing with mental health challenges, including supporting their employees.
The contract directed targeted mental-health capacity-building at small and family businesses and social enterprises, using a specialist wellbeing provider to deliver awareness, capability and resilience-building activities.
