About

Transport for NSW and the bus industry are seeking a supplier for deployment and delivery services of the BWell health and wellbeing program at bus depot pilot sites. The BWell program takes a whole-person approach to wellbeing for bus drivers and depot staff, helping participants understand their current wellbeing, access trusted information and support services, and identify small, practical actions to improve overall health. It has been developed to address challenges experienced by this workforce — including fatigue, irregular work patterns, sedentary work environments and limited access to wellbeing support — and aims to deliver practical, accessible and evidence-informed initiatives to improve health awareness, encourage positive lifestyle behaviours and strengthen connections to available support services to support safe and reliable public transport services.
