Department of Infrastructure, Energy and Resources awarded a contract to ODS Management Consulting Pty Ltd for the delivery of leadership development modules and access to external coaching services as part of the Department's second stage Leadership Development Strategy.
The contract covered provision of four different leadership development modules and participation in a panel offering external coaching services, enabling the Department to engage external contractor(s) to deliver the modules and/or serve on the coaching panel.
The contract implemented a modular training and panel-based coaching approach to scale leadership capability and provide flexibility in sourcing external providers, consistent with common public-sector workforce development practices.
