Department of Premier and Cabinet awarded a contract to Deloitte Consulting Pty Ltd for the delivery of Phase 3 of the Melbourne Strategic Assessment (MSA) Customer Relationship Management (CRM) solution.
The solution is based on core Salesforce functionality, integrated with DELWP geoprocessing services and Service Victoria’s Payments APIs.
Phase 3 includes integration between Salesforce and Oracle (descoped from Phase 2) and a number of small changes for internal users based on feedback from MSA staff during testing.
This contract continues the use of Salesforce as the core CRM platform, with Deloitte as the system integrator, indicating a sustained partnership for iterative enhancements.
