Delivery of S/4HANA Lean Service Procurement Training to Queensland Health

Queensland Health awarded a contract to Tractix Pty Ltd for the development and delivery of statewide training on S/4HANA Lean Service Procurement.

The services include creating a detailed training delivery plan, delivering face-to-face and online virtual training, supporting training administration and coordination, facilitating end-user adoption and engagement, supporting organisational readiness and transition activities, providing reporting on training delivery and attendance, and supporting achievement of target training attendance and adoption outcomes prior to go-live.

The supplier will also develop and maintain training documentation, participant guides, facilitator materials, quick reference guides, and job aids, and produce recorded training content and self-service learning materials for ongoing operational use.

The contract, valued at AUD 406,120, was procured through a selective method and runs from September 2026 to January 2027, with services delivered in Bowen Hills and various Queensland locations.
