About
Department of Communities awarded a contract to Capital Recycling (Farfield Holdings Pty Ltd ATFT R&M Gullotto Family Trust TA Capital Recycling) for the demolition of a brick and tile 3 bedroom duplex pair at Lot 41 4 A & B McKimmie Road, Palmyra.
The scope included removal of winged and dividing fencing, rear asbestos fencing, clotheslines, shed, and a tree, as well as removal of 100 ml of soil and replacement with clean fill.
A SWMS asbestos report was completed, and a final report was required after site clearance prior to payment.
