Health Support Services awarded a contract to Switch Projects for provision of an ICT Project Manager to the HSS CHIIP program.

The contractor initiated and facilitated forums and working groups to resolve implementation issues, led and participated in CHIIP Program Governance Committees and project meetings, developed strong working relationships to liaise, consult and negotiate with key stakeholders, acted as the interface between HSS CHIIP, vendors and health service providers, and led people management activities within the HSS CHIIP project workstream.

The role contributed to principle-driven decision-making aligned to quality management standards, quality reporting and scheduling, and was required to have successfully delivered similar engagements of comparable size and complexity.

The engagement was undertaken on an hourly rate basis, with the quantity of service envisaged not to exceed what could be provided by one full-time employee, and it was highly desirable that the supplier and nominated personnel had experience working in and/or with a Western Australian Government agency.
