About
Western Australia Police Force awarded a contract to Clear Horizon WA (The Trustee for Clear Horizon WA Unit Trust) for an external review and evaluation of the effectiveness of the implementation of various Graffiti Reduction Initiatives contained within the 'Tough on Graffiti Strategy 2011-2015' and its Implementation Plan.
The project measured the impact and success in achieving the Strategy's three overarching goals: decreasing the number of graffiti vandalism offenders, keeping neighbourhoods free from graffiti vandalism, and ensuring all graffiti vandalism is reported.
