About
Department of Transport and Major Infrastructure awarded a contract to Western Power for initiation services to develop preliminary designs for relocations and provide a high-level schedule and cost estimate in a Works Planning Report, to inform further design development.
This work is undertaken in parallel with other planning work by Western Power for transmission line relocations required for the Anketell Road Upgrade for the Westport Roads IPT.
This contract reflects early-stage planning for major infrastructure, where utility relocations are critical to road upgrade projects.
