About
Department of Treasury and Finance awarded a contract to Avnir Group Pty Ltd for internal alterations to office levels 2 and 3 at 10 Murray Street.
The works were intended to facilitate the demolition phase of the Parliament Square Project by decanting staff currently occupying the Parliamentary Annex into parts of levels 2 and 3 at 10 Murray Street.
Given the nature of Parliament's operational requirements, the scope included a number of internal alterations to facilitate the relocation of Parliamentary staff and Members of Parliament.
