Environment, Planning and Sustainable Development Directorate awarded a contract to Detlevs Electrical for the addition of new Deeds to an existing panel arrangement for the provision of electric vehicle chargers and associated electric vehicle supply equipment (EVSE) at ACT Government facilities.
The contract covered the supply and installation of EVSE of all types to support the operational upkeep of new and existing government vehicles; integration of compatible load management systems; onboarding of new and existing EVSE onto ACT Government ICT and relevant electric vehicle charging platforms or networks; ongoing maintenance and replacement of EVSE to ensure continued operation and accommodation of new technology; and any required electrical and civil works to support integration of new EVSE and/or replacement of existing EVSE.
The award formalised an addition to the existing panel and consolidated responsibility with Detlevs Electrical for supply, installation, ICT onboarding, load management integration, maintenance and the necessary electrical and civil works for EVSE across ACT Government facilities.
