Banyule City Council is seeking charge point operators (CPOs) to install, operate and maintain public electric vehicle (EV) charging infrastructure at Council-owned sites across the municipality. Council has identified eight potential sites; respondents may nominate one or more of these sites and may propose alternative sites within Banyule for consideration. Council’s preferred approach is a commercial rollout under an agreement where successful respondents fund, install, operate and maintain the charging infrastructure for the agreed term and pay Council an annual fee for each approved site in accordance with the final agreement. Closing date: 16 November 2026, 3:00 PM (UTC+10:00).
