About

Aurora Energy awarded a contract to Sinclair Knight Mertz for strategic planning consultancy services covering Aurora Energy's electrical distribution network.

The contract provided for a maximum period of three years subject to annual review.

The consultancy scope required preparation of short-, medium- and long-term plans (to 2050) for development of the distribution network based on projected load forecasts and the existing distribution and transmission infrastructure.

The original EOI had described an intention to select a maximum of five respondents to be invited to submit detailed offers for specific geographical areas of the distribution network.
